Found a file called queue.bad in the below path, is it a valid file?

\\exchsrvr\imcdata

We stopped the internet mail connector service and manualy went into the imcdata\out and cut and pasted the files to a temp folder and this seemed to fix our Queue Run Amuck problem, however we are not sure if the above file is a good file or not...
