Status: offline 		Whats the difference between Perfmon and Exchange Performance Troubleshooter?

Our exchange server says the disk I/O is bottlenecking, and the RPC usage is unusually high (0.3xx to 0.4xx compared to the default 0.25), but when I look under Perfmon it doesn't show these things... why?
