When i add a new user to AD it doesn't add mailbox??

Status: offline 		When i add a new user to my active directory computers and users, it won't add an exchange email box for some reason? I check the box that says "create exchange mail box" and it still doesn't work. I've rebooted and tried to add the user to the administrators group, but it still won't show up in my list of mailboxes in the system manager??

It worked last night and now for some reason it won't add the mailbox??

Any ideas??

Typically, mailboxes do not show up in Sys Mgr until they have been sent an email.
