Where is the System Cleanup Folder? Where do I set where it is? We are setup to automatically clean users deleted items folders and send it to the System Cleanup Folder periodically. However, I cannot recover cleaned items for the users until i know where it is

The option you are looking for is Recover Deleted Items in the Otlook client. You can install it as a seperate extension to an Exchange client.

To enable it you must have Deleted Items Retention time set in the Information stores for each server. There is also a registry setting on each client which will allow you to recover items which do not go through the deleted items bin. Search technet for "DeletedItemsAlwaysOn".

You must be in the folder the item was deleted from to recover it, usually the Deleted Items Bin.
