Now I am using the Bell(Sympatico) 3M ADSL service to access internet, but they block port 25. Who knows which ISP doesn't block port 25 in Canada, I intent to set up my own email server?

Your ISP may use POP3 for downloading and uploading mail to/from ISP using the extended version.
You can change the default port from 25 to another port on the SMTP Virtual Server (you can create another VS if you wish to connect to ISP)
on the Advanced tab of poperties of SMTP Virtual Sever.
