Any issues with sp4? or should I go with sp3?

I installed sp4 shortly after it came out and haven't had any problems with Exchange Server ever since. Be sure though to back up all your email and databases just in case something does go wrong.

Also, if you can install it on a test server, do that first and see how it handles. Unfortunately, we do not have a test lab here, so that is something I could not do before I install it. Remember, once you install it, you cannot go back to sp3 without totally reinstalling Exchange Server
