Status: offline 		I am working in an organisation with about 3000 mailboxes.

Management needs to send broadcast email to the entire organisation and to be able to get stats on :_

1. Who the email was delivered to
2. Who has read it
3. Who has deleted it without reading
4. When the recepient read the e-mail.

I know that you can use the Delivery & Read receipt to collect the data, however, I need a tool that will manage the responses and produce reports.

any ideas?
