I just installed a new ex2000 in my windows 2000 AD and joined into a old ex5.5 organization, I want to move all mailboxes in 5.5 to 2000, I can move them, but when I move some of them to 2000, the uses can not send mails to users on 5.5.
And I can not operate servers and create new connectors in system manager, because the adminstrative group is not operatable, it is disable, why?
Anyone can help me? Thanks a lot.

Were you using a two-adc connection agreement?
Does the config_ca display any errors in the Application log?
Is the SRS service running as expected (without errors)?
Can E2K users send to each other? Can 5.5 users send to E2K users?
What happens to the message when sending to E5.5 users from E2K?

I only created a two-way RCA, you mean I should create two?
There is no any errors of config_ca in log viewer.
And I checked the SRS, found it is in wrong status. So I create a new SRS, it is OK now!

Another question, now in mixed-mode(exchange server 5.5 and exchange server 2000), we can send mail to each other in organization scope, but when I move a mailbox from 5.5 to 2000, then this mailbox can not recieve internet mails, but it can send out mail to internet.
Can anyone give me a suggestion?
