HI
I have Windows 2003 Server Ent. DC
and I have 750 MB of RAM - 200GB of HDD
and 2400 CPU Speed i386 (32Bit) Intel
will exchange work under this
I try but it keep failing and tellin me that service can not be installed under 32bit
Note that I download the i386 Version of exchange
can Exchange work ??????????

It sounds like you're trying to install the 64-bit version of EXchange on a 32-bit version of Windows 2003. Please make sure it's actually the 32-bit version of Exchange 2007 you have downloaded.

But I do have the MSExchange-EN-i386 Version

Where did you download the E2K7 build from?

That folder name doesn't imply that it's the 32-bit version.
