Hi all,

We have a couple of 3rd party programs which send mail via smtp. We've noticed that it takes approx 2 minutes for the user to receive an email after it has been sent.

To investigate, I did a telnet to port 25 and created a message through manual commands. Every response to these commands was nearly instant except for RCPT TO:<valid email address>
It takes nearly 2 min to get a response.

Oh...exchange 2003

Any ideas?
