Currently I am using Outlook2000 on Windows 98. Every time when I response appiontment for other users, it will display garbage in other users mailbox.
My boss and another colleagues are using Outlook XP on Windows XP. But they never have such a problem.
Although I changed settings from RTF to HTML in Tools menu / Options dialog box / Mail format Tab/Message format. But the e-mail still display garbage.
Our company are using Exchange 2000 Server on Windows 2000 server.
I think this should be the problem in mail client. Does anybody know where is the problem?

First, check what language you are set in Regional Option control panel.
Also, check the default mail format used e.g. Plain Text, Rich Text or HTML and which Editor used (Word or Outlook's). See Tools, Options, Mail Format.
Also, look on the Security tab and make sure Encryption is not enabled.
