I have numerous custom permissions setup through ADSI Edit and I'm wondering if SP1 will change any of these to their default values. Does anyone have an answer to this?

If any permissions were to change it could cause some headaches.

From what I understand SP1 does not make changes at that level - the one thing that I know it does change is the Remote Streaming Backup key (which is more relevant to CCR clusters).

Yes all AD permissions are kept intact.
