I have a user account that is disabled, everytime user opens outlook. I have reset passwords, unlocked his account, I even deleted and recreated the domain and exchange account with no avail. Only a single user is having this problem.
Clueless in NY. Please Help

Thanks

After opening his outlook is he given any error message before his account is being locked out?

sometimes he is given a login prompt (which then locks him out).

try checking the account lockout treshold in the account lockup policies located in the domain security policy snap in. I had the similar problem when the value was set to 0 in the account lockout treshold

I'd also check to make sure the use isn't using a pop3 account setup and forgot to update the password on that account setup. This was a problem for some of my remote sites.
