I know this is an exchange forum but i feel everyone is pretty competant in assesing a windows 2000 networking problem. I have a windows 2000/2003 network in native mode. I just removed one of my dc's fromt he network before doing so i trandsfered all the roles to the new dc of my choice. Everything is working fine except i can no longer do a netview from my workstation or any other server accept my dc that i transfered the roles to. the error i get is
"System error 6118 has occurred.
The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available"

I have looked at the master browser solution, also the personal firewall on the nic cards. I am stuck and have resorted to my last hope. Thanks for the help in advance. "[Eek!]"
