Hi All,

I just wanted to find out if any of you have deployed windows 2003 server SP2 on your exchange 2007 servers as of yet and if you faced any issues. I am specially concerned with the Edge transport role as i have heard SP2 includes an updated version of ADAM.

Thanks in advance

Hiya de,

Have Windows 2003 SP2 running on my home installation have not seen a problem with client access, hub transport or database roles - tomorrow I will be commissioning my edge transport server - will let you know if I see any issues.

I have rolled SP2 to my Exchange 2003 boxes in work - which I know is a slightly different kettle of fish but - not a problem found.

cheers

A

I've been running my Edge Transport server with W2K3 SP2 RTM applied since it RTW'ed, and have not had any issues either.

Microsoft IT have been running a pre-release of W2K3 SP2 on their 6 Edge Transport servers for months too.

Just to let you know de, installed SP2 on my ET today - works great (made a slight boo boo which I won't go into as it was stupid) but it now works a treat.
