Hi all, I'm in the process of moving from exchange 2003 to a new server running windows 2008 and exchange 2007, so far I have a few mailbox's on the new server for testing. For some reason I cannot get RPC over HTTP working on the new server. In Server Manager I have added RPC over HTTP proxy, this exchange 2008 server has a certificate from Comodo and OWA internally and externally works fine. The issue i'm having is internally I cannot get an outlook client to connect to the new server using RPC over HTTP, it just keeps asking for the password. I'm new to IIs7 so any help/suggestions would be great.

Repeating password prompts usually means an authentication mismatch. Ensure that you have selected the same authentication type in EMC and in Outlook. So either Basic/Basic or Integrated/NTLM. Simon.

This is a known bug and it can usually be resolved by disabling IPv6.
