Recently I dove head first into this, I have heard much about it but I seriously lacked in the knowldge end of things.

I have IIS running 3 websites and FTP off the same NIC. Not a problem there..IIS ran sweet for the 4 weeks I had it running. Then I decided to give MsXchnge a shot. IIS now crashes constantly.

Here is my setup.

Win2k dual processor server
MsExchanges 2000 Server
IIS

I am behind a NAT with http requests and mail requests going to the same nic for all websites and the mail server of mail.clearview-printing.com.

I seriously thought I had done everything right but i just don't know why my IIS is crashing constantly ending with the result of not being able to recieve e-mails.

Have you applied latest IIS 5.0 patches from Microsoft. Checked for trojans and viruses?
Also, use the Lockdown tool to lockdown the websites, also from MS.
