If I setup E2k3 server at two sites, (A and B) and all mail comes in on site A, is mail replicated to Site B even if the mailbox for that particular mail is at site A? Will I have two exact replicas, kinda like a domain controller scenario?
Also, If introduce a e2k3 server into a e2k domain, will anything be replicated to it or do I have to move everything manually. Im the guy that got declared network amdin overnight so your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jason,
If the 2 Exchange servers are part of the same AD structure/Exchange organization, the mail arriving at site A will query AD for the location of the recipient mailbox, and then route the mail message to the respective Exchange server.
