Hi, we have a Exchange 2K. Recently some users told me that emails intended to other users are arriving to their mailbox. We are worried becouse we supervised and there's no resirection or aliases on those accounts.

They are form different divisions and those mails should not arrive to them.

Does anybody know about this issue??

Thanks

Hi,

yes, there is not any redirection. That's why we are worried. Imagine a mail destinated to the personal department finishes in somebody else's mailbox. We would be on problems.

Thanks.

Somewhere something is not adding up. Have a look at the message tracking in sys manager. If your account sends mail to the spesified account can you trace if it is delivered elsewhere as well ?

Well, finally the mistery seesms solved. The problem was that a secondary server is where the message was misconfigured. The exchange is working fine, but the secondary server has got a wingate smtp server and it is who changed the headers. Thanks for your replies.
