Xkey is the Exchange mailbox you take anywhere. Xkey replicates the contents of your Exchange mailbox onto a miniature USB appliance that fits on your keychain. Simply plug it into any PC û online or off - to work with all Exchange data: emails, calendar, contacts and tasks.

Xkey requires no installation, setup, or configuration û just your username and password.

Hi Abraham,

1. Outlook OST's are tied to a computer and you have to have a copy syncronized on every computer. The Xkey is a syncronized mailbox, that is portable and not tied to a particular computer. Xkey also contains our HiPerExchange Software to deliver a portable Application and Data Store. HiPerExchange works through your Exchange OWA Connection. (HTTP / HTTPS)
This unique feature allows us deliver a Secure, Mobile and Reliable product allowing an Encrypted Mailbox, Accessable from any computer that has a USB Port and an internet connection. - NO Need for VPN,

2. Xkey uses a combination of AES and Triple DES to encrypt different parts of the emails.

3. Could you please elaborate which aspects of PKI are you referring to?

4. Working with Xkey means that you always have your data with you û on the Xkey itself. This means that the profile is on the key, as well as the data (emails, contacts, calendar items, etcà). Moreover, once the key is removed from the machine, nothing is left on the machine you worked on.

Cheers,

Ella
