What are the advantages and disadvantages of going with a Microsoft exchange server over moving all email accounts to the yahoo business mail server

I'm not familiar with Yahoo's Business Mail Server, but if your looking for a more inexpensive mail server, check our SuSe's Open Exchange server. There's probably more resources out there for Exchange boxes simply because there's more of them out there, but this looks pretty good. I use SuSe elsewhere and they make good stuff.
