I am trying to setup a Mailbox Administrators group so that our Site Administrator doesnt have to use the domain admin user/password.

I have created a group called Mailbox Admins as a Global Security group. I then delegated control of the Organisation as "Full Exchange Administrator" to this group.

I can now start A.D.U.C. and create mailbox but it always failes with the following:
