Hello:

I am trying to resolve a NDR Error that only one of our users is expericing on such a frequent basis.

Basically, my user likes to forward a lot of "uplifting" e-mails to a bunch of people who will probably delete them, but since he is getting NDR errors he cant uplift people so my world is uplifted upside down... "[Smile]"

The user is e-mailing to a distribtution list of known working e-mails. However, after sending the e-mail, he gets the error for every one that is on the distribution list: "User Name on Date & Time <br> No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient."

Is there something that is setup wrong in my outlook, or exchange settings?

I looked up some Knowledge Base articles and they did not help me.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Are the recipients possibly all corporate addresses? A lot of companies now use spam filtering gateways/software that scan messages for lots of Fw: headers and drop / bounce such uplifting email.

You have a very good point...but it seams that it was a little bit of an eaiser fix...

In the contactions section of outlook, i went to some of the problematic individual contacts to find that after double clicking on the "friendly" e-mail address that there was only single letters in the "display name", "e-mail address", and "delivery method" section. I had to copy the existing email paste into notepad, and then paste the good email with no additional stuff in clip board back to the email address field in the main contact section. After doing that, the correct information was displaying after double clicking the "friendly" e-mail address.

I hope that makes sense!

Thank you so much for your speady reply.
