Hi All I have been pulling my hair out over this and have tried many suggested fixes, googled till my eyes were bloodshot, and still cannot sync any activesync devices with exchange 2003 SP2. Still getting the following error: Your Account in Microsoft Exchange does not have permission to syncronize with yourt current settings Contact your Exchange Server Administrator Support Code: 85010004 We have tried 3 different users, 3 different devices (Sprint Mogul-WM6- AS, IPHONE-AS, Palm-Versamail), 2 different levels of access (User and Domain Admin). We have replaced certs (no longer using wildcard certs - not supported on windows mobile devices) we have manually loaded the entire cert chain on the devices (root intermediate and leaf - using sslchaintcert tool). We have checked and verified directory security permissions in IIS MGR for the OMA MSAS RPC Vdirs. We have deleted and recreated each of them , we have checked each users account settings in ADUC and also checked the global mobile device properties of ESM. OWA, OMA, IMAP, and rpc over http all work fine on this front end server. Still no active sync. Still getting error: Your Account in Microsoft Exchange does not have permission to syncronize with yourt current settings Contact your Exchange Server Administrator Support Code: 85010004 Any advice is welcomed. Thanks ! Matt
