After a reboot users have about 10 minutes to login to Outlook. After this time new login users get the above message, current logged in users have no problems. Any users already in Outlook who come out and retry also get the message. Any ideas as to why the Exchange becomes unavaiable to users

Most problems with Exchange logons from Outlook are because Outlook is a Winsock application and therefore relies on DNS. Do you have a CName entry for your Exchange server on the DNS server given to your clients?
