I have a user who can send emails to people within another domain but, when she tried to send our regular email newsletter to a large number of people at that domain, got the error "Your mail system could not find a way to successfully communicate with the destination system" with a 5.5.0 code. Our user had been able to send to this group previously. The other domain has changed their server recently. The local administrator of the destination domain is not aware of any setting which might prevent our sending bulk emails. Can anyone give me info on where he or I could look?
