An email was sent out to a Global group. After sending the email message out, the sender received this email from Sys Admin. The addresses that the email lists are Conf. rooms that are not included in the Global group that the sender selected. The Conf. rooms are listed in the Global Address list. Any clue as to how this is happening?

The only thing I could see is that some people have conference rooms as delegates and delivery restrictions are set on the rooms. Probably caused by user mistakes.

Thanks Stefan. Checked Exch. Admin, no one had any of the Conf. rooms as an Delegate. However one gentleman had the group EVERYONE as an Delegate. This is the group that the orignal email went out on. I deleted that group from his Delegates. Will continue to look into the conf. room seetings.
