I don't get this problem everytime. Actually, not sure I have ever seen it. Our mail server isn't setup to be the main post office. it is promarily only for inhouse mail and no smtp addresses are on it. only MS addresses. Everyone uses Outlook to access the exchange 5.5 server SP3. "[Confused]"

these users use the mail server all day everyday. (I added the X's to change the user names. That is not how they actually showed up.) As far as I know I instructied this user how to setup a distro list in his Outlook 2002 SP2 client and when he went to use it for the first time this is what happened. Any ideas?
