By design no Domain Admin can access the mailboxes on Exchange 2003. I want it to work again, but with a new group Exchadmins. How can I get this to work because I have to remove the inherited "deny for domain admins rights and I find it a little dangerous to do it without knowing what problems it could cause. Any help appriciated....

What you can do is remove deny for Domain Admins, create another group, put the domain admins there that�s not supposed to have access to mailboxes and set deny on that group.
There�s no way you can override Deny.
