When we had a public folder "contact items", is it possible to make this folder automatically visible for the users in their address book?
Actually, we need to check "show this folder as an email address book" within the folder properties

in outlook, expand the tree of all folders and go to the public folder where your shared contacts are.

drag and drop this to the outlook bar so it creates a short cut. on the shortcut, right click and select properties.

click the "outlook address book" tab and say "show this folder as an email address book"
