Status: offline 		I have recently installed SP1 on my Windows Server 2003 machine that is running Exchange 2003. I am now able to utilize Volum Shadow Copy for backups but it appears to be crashing out the info store.

3 errors appear in the event viewer, one indicating that I need to do a full backup before I can run an incremental. I've run several full backups, so that can't be the problem. I'm using Veritas 10.0 with the MS Exchange agent. anyone seen this issue before? my info store has crashed 3 days in a row. Veritas is no help...

Status: offline 		Nope haven't seen this problem with Veritas Backup Exec, perhaps you should ask in the Veritas groups?

Please post the errors for Veritas backup, you said you are seing 3 event log errors what are those??????
