Dunno whether I should be asking this here...but:

I have created a simple form in a web page and wondered if anyone knew how to automatically open Outlook and new message with the email address (of my choice) already in the 'To...' field - by clicking on a submit button? I know that the 'action' function can be used with 'mailto:', but this launches Outlook Express and it has to be Outlook that launches.
