def.com.sg domain is unable to route message to email.com.
Check whether the domain is valid one
Check the MX record.

Hi,

Whether the user is able to send message to xyz@email.com  through OWA.

If only one user is not able to send mail to this address means, you have to trace.
Can you pls trace the message and post the result.

Get-messagetrackinglog –start “11/11/2010 16:00PM” –end “11/11/2010 17:00PM” –sender john@def.com.sg | fl

Hi There
I try that and the strange thing, the result came back with other email the user send or receive but this problematic one wasnt reflected at all, it was like as if the message wasnt even there at all.
I just remember when the user try to send this email, the NDR error just came right back to him

anymore idea or suggestion is really appreciate
