WE ARE USING WINDOWS 2003 SYSTEM AT SERVER WITH EXCHANGE 2003.

OPERATORS ARE SENDING/RECEIVING MAILS WITH USING OF OUTLOOK 2003 IN CONNECTION WITH SERVER ( BY MAPI)

WE ARE AIMING TO PUT LIMITATIONS OR TO PROHIBIT FOR THE OPERATORS TO NOT TO ATTACH ANY FILE OR TO MAKE THE LIMITATIONS FOR THEIR OUTGOING MESSAGES SUCH AS MAX 100 KB ETC ,

BUT ON THE SAME TIME , WE ARE AIMING TO MAKE THE USERS ARE FREE WHICH ARE ON THE SAME ORGANIZATIONS TO SEND THE MAILS WITH ATTACHED FILE TO SEND EACH OTHER AS ON THE SAME ORGANIZATION MEMBERS.

IN CONSIDERING OF ABOVE WRITTEN POINTS , WE ARE KINDLY REQIESTING YR ADVISEMENTS AND GUIDESS HOW WE CAN MAKE ABOVE WRITTEN 2 POINTS.
