Hi again. E2k7 defaults to 10MB for max send and receive size. There are various places to change this. I read through all the various help files, the Marc Grote article here, and other sources in other locations. Here is the issue. Configured sendconnector and receiveconnecter for maxmessagesize:25MB. Verified that with get-sendconnector | fl *. However, clients cannot use OL2003 to attach anything bigger than 10MB. So, I went looking. Modified all the settings in set-transportconfig to 25mb. Modified set-transportserver -internaldsnmasmessagesize:25mb Checked the user objects to ensure that there were no deviations from the norm. Checked the database/storage group to ensure that settings were correct - unlimited and no flow restrictions. restart-service *transport restart-service msexchangeis Still, no attachment over 10mb allowed. We tried a 9mb attachment; worked fine. What am I missing? -jmw

fixed it meself! adsiedit based on recommendations of Lief Pederson... Start adsiedit and locate Configuration => Configuration => Services => Microsoft Exchange => First Organisation => Global Settings => Message Delivery Right click the Message Delivery container, and choose Properties. In the Attribute list, locate DelivContLength and SubmissionContLength. I suspect both values are set to something like 10240. If the values are present and set, I want you to double click both attributes, and then click the Clear button followed by the OK button. At this point the value should be <Not set>. Now, either allow for a replication cycle to go through, or force a replication. Then restart the Exchange Services. Perform a test to see if the actions performed yielded the desired results
