hi, i am having a terrible time trying to get an auto reply from a msg sent to a public folder working.
i can create the pub folder, but when i go to the folder assistant and try to add a rule using 'reply with' and click 'template' it opens a blank email instead of letting me browse to a template i have already created.
i also can not recreate the template from the new compose an email window and select it as the template to use.
i have checked all the permissions i can think of, but i am coming up short.
help please!
