A couple of my users want to have there e-mail copied automatically to there external e-mail account...et. myself@gmail.com
How can I get sbs2003 exchange to copy an email so that when it is received in the local exchange account, it is copied to an external non-exchange e-mail account?

1. Create a Contact Object using Users & Computers (ADUC) for the user's external Email address
2. Set up the forwarding by opening the properties of your user's object, going to the Exchange General tab and clicking on Delivery Options. Select Forward to, and select the newly created contact object. If you also want the new mail to go to the Exchange mailbox, check the box "Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox".
