Status: offline 		We are using Arcserve backup agent for MS Exchange, while trying to configure the Backup Agent (we have created a mailbox alias, a service account, entered the domain & password) we recieve the error message 'Authentication failure, fail to create profile make sure user mailbox name or alias is correct'. How can we resolve this and backup info on the Exchange server?

We have Arcserve 2000

Status: offline 		Found the answer. We deleted then recreated the dbagent mailbox on Exchange.
