Dear All,

I recently installed exchange 2007. Everything is working perfectly. All of a sudden I received complaint from users they are not receiving mails and not even their mails are delivered to the people. when I diagnosed I found that there are more than 2000 mails in  E:\Exchsvr\TransportRoles\Replay folder.  All mails had .bad extension. I tried to rename that to .eml and delivered but again it is being changed in .bad extension.  when I moved all the .bad mails to another location then  users were able to send and receive the mails. But what  should i  do wtiht these .bad mail. what is the reason behind this and how can  I resolve this issue so that in future I shouldn't face this  issue. Pls help.

Regards
Rajkumar

When you renamed the files, what did you do with them? To get them redelivered they should be put in to the pickup folder.
How much free disk space is on the server?

Simon.

Hi all,

Thank you so much for your kind support. Finally it worked actually I was renaming the files in same folder. Now I moved those files to pickup folder and it's working. Regarding space I have more than terabyte space available on server. Thank you so much once again.

Regards
Rajkumar
