I have read and implemented the built-in blacklist lookup in Exch2003. It is great that MS has put the functionality in Exch, but the interface seems very limited and no docs available in ms knowledgebase.

Questions:
1) There is no way to put the "host" name for the blacklist server - ie: relays.ordb.org but, you seem to only type in ordb.org in the interface - how does it know the host to look up ?

2) Is there any logging associated with this tool for troubleshooting and to confirm it is working ?

3) Is there any known documentation on this tool and its bells and whistles ??

1: Looks like a typo in the toturial

2: You can see the blocked connections in the SMTP log file.

3: For Exchange 2003 no, not beside what's in the server. But try google for RBL site and read the FAQ's
