When I creat mailbox in ex2k7, but failed, the error messange:the Exchange server address list service failed to respond. This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error.

I checked the event, the event id:8026,LDAP Bind was unsuccessful on directory vm-ex2003.sog.com.cn for distinguished name ''. Directory returned error:[0x51] Server Down.

I don't know why, pls help me, thanks!!!!

hi mate,

You can try to run exbpa builtin tool to check the health of the server.
Try to restart the All gc's and dc and then restart your exchange (This is would be fist attempt) anyhow i would like to see eventid and description
