Hello all,

I can't get my head round this:
I cannot telnet the email server on netbios-Name:25, nor IPaddress:25, from the server itself (so this is not a NAT or firewall issue). But I just installed POPcon, and that has not trouble pushing email into exchange on the same machine(according to POPcon's settings, it is indeed using SMTP over port 25, but it is using the netbios name, rather tham IP address).

Is this black magic from Exchange5.5 or WinNT4.0 ?
Can IPsec do this or is Exchange 5.5 not responding to telnet programs ?

Where do I start looking?
