I have a server that runs Win2k3SBS and Exchange 2k3. Until, it seems 10/10/08 the users were receiving email from out of the office and now they're not. They can send/receive email to one another via exchange with no problems. This server hosts the emaily user@company.com user@company.local. The latter works fine but user@company.com can send to an outside address but not receive from an outside address. As far as I know nothing in the configuration has changed but something is obviously wrong. Any idea what would cause this problem?

Hi,

Have you checked your external DNS records for correct MX and A records. You can check this with www.mxtoolbox.com

Thanks for your reply. I did and found that info had changed. And then found that the owner of the company took it upon himself to change their hosting provider which hosed everything and didn't tell me...so problem solved. Thanks
