We have a domain with Exchange 2003 Enterprise environment with a Front End and 3 Back End servers. I have begun moving mailboxes to the #3 server which I just finished setting up. I began with by moving only 3 mailboxes and already had trouble.

The end user in this case is remote and uses Outlook 2007 with Outlook over http set up. His Outlook session is not accepting his credentials and Outlook will not connect. However, he can log in to OWA using the same credentials.

Any ideas?
