Has anyone installed the cas and hub roles on two servers for redundancy?

Looking to install both roles on 2 different servers more for the redundancy than the load balancing. User environment to start will be about 150 users, so i won't be creating the windows load balancing cluster unless it is requried to achieve what I'm looking for. Any help?

You can put them anywhere you want, any how you want.
You should NLB them otherwise it's pretty pointless otherwise. If you then bring in NLB you'll have to tell half the users to change their URL.
Do the job fully, do it right and do it once.

thanks mark, it's part of multi forest migration to a new environment, so they are going to have to change their urls anyway. Makes sense to put it all in place off the bat and be done with it. Any links to helpful info for what I'm trying to do?

Then it's even more important to do it once. Otherwise they're changing URLs twice.
look on msexchange.org and microsoft.com/exchange and on Technet for all the instructions on setting up the CAS and HT. Actually setting up is the simple part, giving them the final tweaks is pretty straightforward but can be found on links above.
