when I right click on my exchange 2003 server in ESM and go to property --> security. I notice that my administrator group has a DENY next to RecieveAs and SendAs; these rights are propagating from somewhere and I can't figure out where and how to change them. Any ideas?

hi mate,

It is propogating from Organization level.
Install Support tool
Open ADSIEDIT.msc => Configuration => Services => Ms Exchange => Organization name => Properties => security you will find it there
