Hello, In OWA under option there is the change password button, but make sure that you first have the latest OWA client addin for the browser by choose update, on the same options page, and make sure exchange 2k is up to SP1, there were reported problems in pre SP1 state

LIBRAN, Q268419 works fine. Can you go to //localhost/iisadmpwd/aexp2b.htr? on your OWA machine? If not you haven't followed the instructions properly.

Forget OWA. //../iisadmpwd/aexp2b.htr? is a web page you need to setup on your web server with instructions from Q268419. If you can't even look at this web page you have a fundamental problem. Get this web page working and your OWA stuff will spring into life.

Hi, I am able to view the page "//../iisadmpwd/aexp2b.htr?" but still trying the step of Microsoft Q268419 didnt solve the problem. Wht I have done is :- Open IIS Default Website Right Click New Virtual Directory Next Alias name = same name as the folder " IISAMPWD" path= C:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd Permission : Read / Run / Execute Access. and then I tested but still doesnt work.. Let me know if I had made some mistakes. Thanks in advance

Hi Libran, Step1 : Q268419 Step2 : Q228821 Step3 : Q228836 PS: If you are not validatind cerificate with recognized authority (e.g Verisign etc.), you can install your own certificate server which is inbuilt with Win2K, but the client(IE etc.) has to accept when prompted to trust to your server. Hi Naven, HTTPS is must for OWA. Regards, Surya [This message has been edited by Surya (edited 08-29-2001).]
