In 2003 I was able to get a screenshot and go screaming up the chain of command with an argument on people who need to be put on limits to the size of their mailboxes... I've tried to show mailboxes but its not in the same place, and may not be available????

has anyone found a sort function or something that will show you the size of all the mailboxes?

ARRGH!!!!!

ok so I migrate everyones mailbox last night.  we have a few users that are OVER 3 GIGs in size...  I finally get everything working... or so I think at about 5am.  (started at 9pm)  and I get a phone call from my CFO yelling that he can't send and receive emails!!!

so I ran taht command and sure enough his mailbox is saying over limit while everyone elses is UNDER the limit... how can I set his mailbox to NO LIMIT until I get him cleaned up??? ANYONE??? PLEASE!!!??  I can't see straight right now...

ahhhhh

found it.

you set it on the mailbox itself AND on the mailbox DATABASE under SERVER, Mailbox instead of the users mailbox.

i'm going to bed and turning off my phone.
