We have our company's entire contact list in our public folders.
How can we extract the data to a excel sheet for example?, we need to build a mailing list but extracing contacts one for one it's impossible.

All you need to do is highlight the public folder in question in Outlook, go to the file menu, Import / Export and choose the option to export to a CSV file.
