I have a Public Folder setup on Exchange 2007. I could send an email on behalf of the email address setup for the Public Folder but I would like a copy of the sent email be sent back to that same Public Folder for others in the Organization to see the email that was sent on behalf any public folder.
How do i setup that feature?

Don't think you can. In that respect there is nothing different to mailboxes. Therefore if you want a copy to go back to the public folder then you will have to CC or BCC the public folder.
